Terms of Service

Last updated: March 19, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Leaf Loom, the automation reliability monitoring service operated by PacketLeaf ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using Leaf Loom in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

Leaf Loom is a software as a service platform that allows users to monitor, score, and analyze the reliability of their automated workflows. The service receives webhook data from third party automation tools, computes reliability grades and trends, and presents that information through a web dashboard.

Account Registration

To use Leaf Loom, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately at support@packetleaf.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their permission. You must be at least 16 years old to use Leaf Loom. If you are using Leaf Loom on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Free Plan and Usage Limits

Leaf Loom is currently free to use. The free plan includes up to 5 automations, 3,000 webhook runs per month, and 30 days of run history. No credit card is required to create an account.

If you need higher limits, contact us at hello@packetleaf.com and we will work something out.

We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, we will notify existing users at least 30 days in advance and free accounts will not be charged without explicit consent.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Leaf Loom only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the service to transmit any data that violates applicable law or the rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
  • Send webhook payloads at a volume or frequency that places unreasonable load on the service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit access to the service without our prior written consent
  • Use the service to monitor automations that handle data belonging to individuals without their consent
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

Your Data

You retain all ownership rights to the data you send to Leaf Loom through webhooks. By sending us data, you grant us a limited, non exclusive license to store and process that data for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You are solely responsible for the content of webhook payloads you send. Do not send sensitive personal information such as social security numbers, payment card details, passwords, or protected health information through Leaf Loom webhook payloads.

Leaf Loom, including its software, design, trademarks, logos, and content, is owned by PacketLeaf and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our name, logo, or trademarks without our prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or completely secure. Reliability scores and grades are computed from the data you provide and are not guarantees of future performance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PacketLeaf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use Leaf Loom.

Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@packetleaf.com. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or any conduct we determine to be harmful to the service or other users. We will provide reasonable notice where feasible.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice within the dashboard at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Leaf Loom after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
